Wood Experience_Tasting and Tour of the Provolo Winery

Wood Experience includes a guided tour of the century-old Provolo winery, which will give you a deep insight into the beating heart of our production; as well as the main winemaking processes and methods typical of the Veronese tradition. You will also be given the opportunity to see the Provolo winery’s historical archive of privileged 100-year-old labels. This will be followed by a tastingof 4 majestic wines that age in wood and have a moderately long and complex production process. The ideal tasting for all those who like important wines with a well-accented intensity and medium to high alcohol content.

The tasting will be accompanied by crispy rustic breadsticks, and a board of selected cold cuts and cheeses typical of the area can be added upon request (cost is extra).
