You’ll also learn about the main winemaking processes and methods typical of the Veronese tradition. You will also have the opportunity to visit the historical archive of the Provolo winery, featuring highly privileged century-old labels, and the area dedicated to the drying process, weather permitting.

Following the tour, you will enjoy a tasting of a selection of 4 wines accompanied by a platter of local cured meats and cheeses, perfectly paired with these wines. Furthermore, this tasting will allow you to conclude with a sweet pairing, featuring the quintessential sweet wine of Veronese tradition, its majesty, the sbrisolona, a typical dessert of Veronese tradition.
