White Experience_Tasting and Tour of the Provolo Winery

White Experience includes a guided tour of the century-old Provolo winery, which will give you a deep insight into the beating heart of our production; as well as the main winemaking processes and methods typical of the Veronese tradition. You will also be given the opportunity to see the Provolo Winery‘s historical archive of privileged 100-year-old labels. This will be followed by a tasting of 4 wines from the Verona area; that is, the strengths of our Cantina exclusively white wines paired with Prosciutto Cudo Dop. The tasting will include sampling of:

The tasting will be accompanied by crispy rustic breadsticks from a local bakery, and upon request a board of selected cold cuts and cheeses typical of the Veronese tradition can be added, in addition to the Prosciutto Crudo that is served included in the price.
